摘  要:文中对抽油机减速器壳体铸铁冷焊工艺的可行性进行了探讨,列举了铸铁冷焊的工艺要点,就铸件内部导热、辐射换热和对流热进行了传热理论分析。对不同大小铸件的水冷和空冷焊接进行了比较,结果表明:对于小铸件,水冷效果明显,但产生的白口及淬硬组织多,对于较大铸件,水冷效果不明显,铸件越大,水冷效果越不明显。Feasibility of cast iron cold welding process of pumping unit decelerator shell is discussed in the paper. The key point of cast iron cold welding process is listed, and the heat transfer theory is applied to analyze inside heat conduction of cast iron, radiant heat transfer, and convection heat transfer. Water cooling welding of different casting is compared to air cooling welding. The result shows that water cooling has remarkable effect for the small cast, but much white cast iron and quench hardening structure are produced. And for the large cast, water cooling has unobvious effect. And the bigger the cast is, the less remarkable effect water cooling has.
