摘 要:目的 探讨 IL- 8与新生儿窒息后肾损伤的关系。方法 :采用 EL ISA法检测窒息患儿尿中 IL- 8水平 ,并同时测定尿中反应肾损伤的指标 β2 微球蛋白 (MG)的水平。结果 :轻度窒息组与正常组及重度窒息组与轻度窒息组比较 ,IL - 8、β2 - MG水平显著升高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,且 IL- 8与 β2 - MG之间呈显著正相关关系 (r=0 .40 ,P<0 .0 5。结论 :尿中 IL- 8水平的测定是判断窒息程度及肾损伤的一个重要指标。To explore the relationship between IL-8 of urinary and postasphyxial renal injury in neonatal asphyxia. Using the level of IL-8 and β 2-MG in urinary were detected in neonates with asphyxia. by using ELISA method. Results showed compared with control, the level of IL-8 and β 2-MG were obviously increased in mild asphyxia group. In severe asphyxia group, the parameters above all were significantly increased compared with mild asphxia group and there were positive relationship between IL-8 and β 2-MG in all neonates with asphxia. Therefore the level of IL-8 in urinary may by regarded as an indicator in evaluating the severity of asphyxia and postasphyxial renal injury in neonates.
