中西医结合防治糖耐量异常及轻型糖尿病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察六味地黄胶囊、运动、饮食治疗对糖耐量异常 (IGT)及轻型糖尿病患者的疗效。方法 :将观察对象 111例随机分为对照组 (5 5例 )及治疗组 (5 6例 )。治疗组口服六味地黄胶囊及严格运动、饮食限制 ,观察 18个月。结果 :治疗组血糖、血脂、体重、血压均有明显改善。临床痊愈 2 3例 ,显效 2 6例 ,好转 7例。而对照组无明显变化 ,其中有 9例 IGT者发展为糖尿病。结论 :综合治疗能防止 IGT患者发展为糖尿病和治疗轻型糖尿病。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Liuwei Dihuang capsule,physical exercise and diet in treating patients with glucose tolerance abnormality and mild diabetes.Methods:111 cases were divided randomly into two groups,i.e.control group(55 cases)and treating group(56 cases).The latter was treated with oral Liuwei Dihuang capsule,strict physical exercise and controlled diet and observed for 18 months.Results:There were significant improvement of blood sugar,blood lipid,body weight and blood pressure in the treating group,23 cases with clinically cured,26 cases with marked therapeutic effect,and 7 cases improving,while no significant changes shown in the control group,in which 9 cases with IGT had developed diabetes.Conclusion:It is suggested that combination therepy may prevent IGT patients from developing diabetes and cure mild one.
