萎胃散治疗大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨萎胃散治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎 (CAG)的疗效及其机制。方法 :用主动免疫、乙醇、去氧胆酸钠及热糊灌胃同时进行的综合方法 ,制成大鼠 CAG模型。造模后治疗组以萎胃散大、小剂量治疗 6 0 d,观察指标以胃粘模固有腺体萎缩程度为依据。对照组仅予生理盐水灌胃。结果 :治疗组的 CAG病变数量明显减少 ,病理检查可见腺体恢复正常。治疗组与模型组 (不给药治疗 )比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :萎胃散的应用可使胃粘膜固有腺体增多 ,有良好的治疗 CAG的作用。Objective:To explore the effect and the mechanism of Wei Wei San on chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG).Methods:Infusing initiative immunity,alcohol,deoxysodium cholate and heat paste into stomach at the same time for doing CAG model.Control group was infused with normal saline into stomach after model finished.Treatment groups were used high of low dosage Wei Wei San for 60 days,respectively.The observation index included atrophic degree of gastromucosal gland body.Results:The CAG amount of treatment group was reduced obviously.The gastromucosal gland recovered normal state.Compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P< 0 05 ).Conclusion:Wei Wei San can increase the gastric gland amount.So it has the function of treating CAG.
