摘　　要：随着我国招投标活动的实践与深化改革,建筑工程设计招投标相关制度和法规不断得到完善,但是仍存在着一些不规范和不合理的地方。论文在对国内建筑设计招投标现状进行研究的基础上,指出建筑设计招标面临的一些问题,并提出了相应的对策和建议,以期为进一步规范建筑工程设计招投标的管理提供借鉴。With the practice and reformation o fthe tendering and bidding in our country in recent years, the rules and regulations are completed gradually, but there are still some problems need to be studied. In this thesis, the problems in our country＇s construction project bidding have been discussed based on the analysis of our country＇s current situation, it also raised suggestions to the conspicuous problems in the practice, which will push forward the healthy development of the constmctinn engineering design industry of China.
