摘 要:目的比较甘草的醇沉淀物乙醇提取部位体外抗呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)作用。方法采用薄层色谱法、Molish反应定性鉴定甘草乙醇提取部位;以利巴韦林为阳性对照药,采用细胞培养技术及四氮唑蓝(MTT)比色法,观察这些提取部位对Hela细胞的药物毒性作用及抑制RSV作用。结果HPD 722-乙醇部位、HPD 750-乙醇部位、D 101-乙醇部位均不含甘草酸、黄酮类物质、甘草多糖;对RSV感染的治疗指数(TI=TC50/EC50)依次为123.93、3.13、5.35。结论甘草醇沉淀物中HPD 722-乙醇部位在体外具有显著抑制RSV作用,可能是新的抗RSV有效部位。Objective To investigate the effect of alcohol extractions from alcohol depositions of Radix Glycytthizae on anti-respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in vitro. Methods TLC and Molish reaction were applied to identify the alcohol extractions and observe their drug toxicity actions and anti-RSV effects on Hela calls with cell culture and MTT colorimetric technique. So does the Ribavirin as a positive control drug. Results HPD 722- alcoholic extraction and HPD 750- alcoholic extraction, D 101- alcoholic extraction as well did not contain glyeyrrhizic acid, flavonoid, and polysaccharides. Their therapeutic index (TI=TC50/EC50) was 123.93, 3.13 and 5.29, respectively. Conclusion The inhibitory action of HPD 722-alcoholic extraction of RSV in vitro is significant, and it may be the new effective Anti-RSV extraction of Radix Glycytthizae.
