摘　　要：目的了解三亚市男男性行为(MSM)人群艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为以及相关疾病感染状况。方法采用分类滚雪球抽样方法,对三亚市MSM人群开展问卷调查,并采集血样进行HIV、梅毒和丙肝抗体检测。结果2012年1～12月,共调查393名MSM。18～40岁占90.1%;本省占51.1%,外省占48.9%;艾滋病基本知识知晓率为78.1%;最近6个月内有过同性肛交性行为者为66.9%,安全套使用率为68.2%;存在商业性行为、吸毒行为及异性性行为;HIV感染率为7.9%,梅毒阳性率为7.6%。结论三亚市MSM人群中,艾滋病知识知晓率较低,无保护高危性行为普遍存在,HIV感染率高,外省籍占近一半,艾滋病流行形势严峻。应加强该人群的HIV检测力度,采取有效的健康教育和行为干预措施,控制艾滋病在该人群中的传播。Objective To understand the knowledge, attitude, behavior and the status of related disease infection of AIDS in men who have sex with men（MSM） in Sanya. Methods Classified snowball sampling was used to launch a questionnaire survey in MSM and drew bloody samples to test HIV, syphilis and HCV antibody. Results 393 MSM received the survey between January and December in 2012, in whom people aging from 18 to 40 accounted for 90.1%;people in Hainan province accounted for 51.1%,people in other province accounted for 48.9%; the awareness rate of basic knowledge of AIDS was 78.1%; the rate of having anal sex behavior in last 6 months was 66.9%,the rate of condom usage was 68.2%;commercial sex behavior, drug taking and heterosexual sex behavior existed in MSM; the infection of HIV was 7.9%,and the positive rate of syphilis was 7.6%. Conclusion The fluidity of MSM in Sanya was high. The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was low and unprotected sex generally existed. The infection of HIV was high, the epidemic situation of HIV was severe. We should strengthen HIV test in MSM. Effective health education and measure of behavior intervention should be taken to control AIDS propagation in MSM.
