海口市158例MSM性行为特征及其安全套使用情况

摘　　要：目的了解海口市男男性行为人群的性行为特征与安全套使用情况。方法采用"滚雪球"与网络动员相结合的方法对符合条件的男男性行为人群进行问卷调查。结果符合条件的调查对象共158人,45.6%的人有固定同性性伴,64.6%的人有非固定同性性伴,19.6%的人有异性性伴,6.3%的人提供商业性肛交;只有34.8%的人在最近6个月内的肛交中每次都使用安全套;在有非固定性伴的人中,8.8%的人曾与外籍或境外男性发生过肛交性行为;在提供商业性肛交的人员中,其6成以上的客人为来海南旅游或出差的男性。结论该人群不仅是艾滋病干预的重点人群,而且干预工作需根据细分后的人群有针对性地开展。Objective To study the characteristics of sexual behavior and condom using among MSM in Haikou. Methods ＂Snowball sampling＂ and internet recruitment were used to get the eligible men who have sex with men （MSM） to answer the questionnaires.Results There were 158 MSM eligible for the study and 45.6% of them had permanent male partner, 64.6% had non-permanent male partner, 19.6% had female partner, and 6.3% provided commercial anal sex; only 34.8% of them used condom for every anal sex in the last 6 months. Among the MSM who had non-permanent male partner, 8.8% of them had anal sex with foreigners; Among the MSM who provided commercial anal sex, over 60% of their clients were men who visited Hainan for business or sightseeing.Conclusion MSM are the key group for AIDS prevention and the intervention should be deepened according to the subdivision of the group.
