疾病不确定感对慢性湿疹患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨疾病不确定感对慢性湿疹患者生活质量的影响。方法选择符合纳入标准的慢性湿疹患者201例,采用量表分别测评其疾病不确定感、皮肤科生活质量和一般生活质量。分析疾病不确定感的高、中、低水平对患者生活质量的影响。结果患者总体的疾病不确定感为(89.83±13.15)分,属于中等水平。不同疾病不确定感水平的患者的生活质量间差异有统计学意义,且疾病不确定感水平越高,生活质量越低(F=44.453～73.032,P<0.05)。结论慢性湿疹患者的疾病不确定感影响其生活质量,应通过健康教育降低疾病不确定感,提高其生活质量。Objective To study the influence of uncertainty of illness on the life quality of the patients with chronic eczema. Methods The influence of uncertainty of dermatology on life quality and general life quality of 201 patients with chronic eczema in outpatient department was analyzed. Result The overall life quality of the patients was at middle level of （89.83±13.15） score. The difference of life quality of the patients at different levels of uncertainty of illness was statistically significant （p 〈 0.05）. And that higher the level of uncertainty of illness, the lower of the life quality would be （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Uncertainty of illness affected the life quality of patient with chronic eczema. Health education should be implemented to reduce uncertainty of illness and to improve life quality of the patient with chronic eczema.
