复方多粘菌素B软膏联合康复新液治疗尖锐湿疣创面的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方多粘菌素B软膏联合康复新液在治疗尖锐湿疣CO2激光术后创面的疗效。方法:将100例尖锐湿疣患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组为尖锐湿疣激光术后创面使用复方多粘菌素B软膏和康复新液;对照组为激光术后创面单独外擦复方多粘菌素B软膏。观察临床疗效及不良反应。结果:术后2周创面愈合情况比较,治疗组总有效率为86.0%,对照组总有效率为64.0%,两组差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用复方多粘菌素B软膏与康复新液治疗尖锐湿疣术后创面,疗效显著,愈合时间明显缩短,值得临床推广。Objectives： To investigate the effect of combined application of compound polymyxin B ointment and Kangfuxin in the treatment of postoperative CO2 -laser wound. Methods： 100 cases of condyloma acuminatum patients were randomly divided into treat- ment group and control group： in the treatment group, compound polymyxin B ointment and Kangfuxin were used together to treat the laser wound while in the control group, compound polymy-An B ointment was used alone. Clinical curative effect and adverse reaction were observed. Results： Comparing the 2 - week postoperative wound healing effect, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 86% and 64.0% in the control group. There were significant difference between the two groups （P 〈0. （15）. Conclusion： the combined application of compound polymyxin B ointment with Kangfuxin in treatment of postoperative laser wound has an obvious curative effect. Healing time was significantly shorter, and it is worthy of clinical application.
