十一酸睾酮胶丸联合疏肝益阳胶囊治疗中老年男性勃起功能障碍的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨联合应用十一酸睾酮胶丸和疏肝益阳胶囊治疗中老年男性勃起功能障碍(erectile dysfunction,ED)的疗效。方法:将符合标准的65例患者随机分为两组,治疗组35例使用十一酸睾酮胶丸和疏肝益阳胶囊,对照组30例单纯使用十一酸睾酮胶丸。3个月后,采用勃起功能国际问卷(IIEF-5)和部分雄激素缺乏问卷(PADAM)评分表及夫妻双方对性生活频率、满意度比较两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组较对照组评分、性生活频率及满意度改善明显,两组结果有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:在中老年ED合并PADAM患者的治疗中,联合应用十一酸睾酮胶丸和疏肝益阳胶囊的治疗效果优于单一使用十一酸睾酮胶丸的效果。Objectives： To investigate the effect of testosterone undecanoate capsule combined with shuganyiyang capsule on the treatment of erectile dysfunction （ED） in elderly male patients. Methods： 65 patients were divided into two groups. 35 pa- tients in the therapy group were treated with testosterone undecanoate capsule combined with shuganyiyang capsule while 30 pa- tients in the control group were treated only with testosterone undecanoate capsule. After three months＇ treatment, the therapeutic efficacy of the two groups was compared by the score of IIEF - 5 and PADAM questionaries, sexual frequency and the satisfaction rate. Results： The results indicated the therapy group showed significantly higher scores in questionnaire assessment, sexual life frequency and satisfaction ratings as compared with the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： The clinical efficacy of testoster- one undecanoate capsule combined with shuganyiyang capsule is better than the single effect of testosterone undecanoate in the treatment of ED with PADAM.
