摘 要:粉煤灰联产新型硅酸钙填料(FACS)是以高铝粉煤灰为主要原料,制得的一种多孔蜂窝状、具有高比表面积(121 m2·g-1)和低密度(0.31 g·cm-3)的新型造纸填料。对CPAM单元体系与CPAM/膨润土双元微粒助留体系作用下新型硅酸钙加填效果进行了对比,研究不同体系下动态留着滤水特性和电荷特性,并探讨了产生这种湿部行为的原因。实验结果表明:当CPAM用量超过0.04%时,CPAM/膨润土双元体系的助留效果优于CPAM单元体系;当CPAM用量超过0.06%时,对两种体系的滤水均产生不利影响;随着CPAM用量的增加,白水中阳离子需求量呈下降趋势;与CPAM单一体系相比,双元体系下填料在纸页中的分布的絮团均匀且尺寸较小。The novel fly ash based calcium silicate filler (FACS) revealed a honeycomb pattern and low density. We compared the application effect of single CPAM with CPAM/Bentonite micro-particle retention system. The dynamic retention and drainage performance, the charge characteristics, as well as the cause of those wet end behaviors were investigated. The paper was aimed at studying the technology indices in producing process and thus, we could offer some technical reference for the commercial extended application. Results showed that, when CPAM was more than 0.04%, CPAM/Bentonite micro-particle system had a better rentation than single CPAM; when CPAM was more than 0.06%, the drainage was worse and worse; the cationic demand was decreased with the increase of CPAM dosage. With CPAM/Bentonite micro-particle system, FACS filled paper had smaller and uniformer aggregations.
