维生素E和锌对手机通话孕鼠及子代免疫力的影响

摘  要:目的探讨维生素E(VitE)和锌(Zn)对手机通话孕鼠及子代补体C3、C4及免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM的影响。方法 60只孕鼠随机分为6组。实验组自妊娠第1天起,连续使用手机通话21 d,1 h/次,3次/d。对照组和手机通话组补充脱VitE花生油1 mL/kg,手机通话+VitE不同剂量组分别用5、15、30 mg/mL的VitE花生油按1mL/kg灌胃,手机通话+VitE+Zn组按1 mL/kg的剂量分别补充15 mg/mL的VitE花生油和10 mg/mL的硫酸锌。分娩后测定母鼠及仔鼠血清中补体C3、C4及IgG、IgA、IgM的含量。结果手机通话组母鼠和仔鼠补体C3、IgG及母鼠补体C4与对照组比较降低(P<0.05)。与手机通话组相比,手机通话+VitE高剂量组、手机通话+VitE+Zn组母鼠补体C3、C4、IgG及仔鼠补体C3、IgG升高(P<0.05),手机通话+VitE中剂量组母鼠补体C3升高(P<0.05),手机通话+VitE中、高剂量组仔鼠IgG升高(P<0.05)。手机通话+VitE+Zn组较手机通话+VitE中剂量组,仔鼠补体C3、母鼠补体C4升高(P<0.05)。结论维生素E对受手机通话母鼠及子代血清补体及免疫球蛋白的降低有一定的保护作用,锌与其有协同作用。Objective To investigate protective effects of vitamin E and zinc supplement on the influence by a certain time phone calls in pregnant rats and offspring. Methods Sixty pregnant rats were randomly divided into six groups. All groups were exposed to a certain intensity of cell phone radiation for 1 hour each time,3 times per day for 21 days from the first day of pregnancy. The negative control group and positive control group were given vitamin E removed peanut oil , whereas the low, middle and high dose groups were administered 5,15 and 30 mg/mL vitamin E peanut oil, respectively. Combined intervention group was supplemented with 15 mg/mL vitamin E peanut oil and 10 mg/mL sulfuric acid zinc. C3, C4, IgG, IgA and IgM levels in maternal and offspring' s serum were determined after the de- livery. Results In the positive control group, the levels of C3 and IgG in the dams and offspring rats and of C4 in the parent rats significantly reduced when compared to the negative controls (P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with the positive group the C3, C4 and IgG levels in maternal and the C3, IgG levels in offspring rats increased significantly in vitamin E high dose and vitamin E + Zn combined group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The level of C3 in vitamin E middle dose group of mothers was also increased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ). The IgG levels of offspring rats in middle, high dosages groups all increased and the differences were significant when compare to the control croup ( P 〈 0.05 ). The differences of C3 levels in the offspring rats and the C4 levels in maternal rats between combination group and middle dose group were significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Vitamin E has a protective effect against damage to C3, C4, IgG induced by a certain time phone calls in pregnant mice and neonatal rat. Vitamin E combined with zinc has synergistic effect.
