摘 要:为了探析WN(Wildhaber-Novikov)齿轮传动的弯曲强度特征及失效原因,提出了基于WN齿轮多点啮合的齿根应力计算原理和方法。针对WN齿轮负载传动的点接触和弹性变形特征,建立了齿根弯曲强度分析模型。根据啮合过程中负载、啮合齿轮副和接触点数的变化进行了齿根弯曲应力的计算,利用有限元方法分析了啮合传动中螺旋角以及中心距误差等对最大齿根应力的影响,揭示了WN齿轮传动的失效原因和弯曲强度特征。通过齿根应力实验测试以及和渐开线齿轮的比较证实了本方法的可靠性。In order to research bending strength feature and failure reasons of WN(Wildhaber-Novikov)gear transmission,the tooth root stresses calculating principle and method based on the multiple contact points meshing are proposed.The analysis model of tooth root bending strength is established aiming at the feature of point contact and elastic deformation of WN gear loading transmission.The tooth root bending strength is calculated with changing of contact load,meshing point and gear pair.The effects of helix angle and center distance error on the maximum tooth root stresses in meshing transmission are analyzed by using finite element methods.The bending strength feature and the failure reasons of WN gear driving are clarified.Reliability of the methods is confirmed through comparison with involute gears and the experiment of root stresses.
