摘　　要：通过对标准齿轮滚刀与专用蜗轮滚刀的对比和对标准齿轮滚刀加工蜗轮加工原理的阐述,证明了用标准齿轮滚刀加工蜗轮的可行性,并进一步分析了加工误差及各项工艺参数的确定。Through comparing the properties of standard gear hob with worm gear hob and expounding the principle of machining worm gear with standard gear hob,the feasibility of machining worm gear with standard gear hob is proved,the machining error is analyzed and the process parameter is determined.
