摘 要:近年来,由于设计煤种与燃用煤种存在较大偏差,电站锅炉结渣事故时有发生且低负荷稳燃效果不佳。针对该种情况,水平浓淡燃烧器通过将煤粉气流分离以改变着火特性。根据燃烧器内煤粉气流流动的数值模拟,介绍了该种燃烧器在增强燃煤锅炉低负荷稳燃能力、降低NOx产量以及防止结渣等方面的原理。并以此提出"浓淡分离比"这一评价燃烧器综合特性的指标。进一步分析了挡块位置、煤粉气流粒径及风速等参数对浓淡分离比的影响,以供电站锅炉运行参考。Slagging accident and poor quality-ignition occurs occasionally in coal-burning power station due to big deviation between designed coal and using coal. Aiming at this situation, the application of horizontal bias bumer was to change the igniting character through the control of pulverized coal stream direction. Firstly, a brief introduction of the firing-enhancement, slag-prevention and NOx-reduction was given based on the simulation of the coal-air flow in the burner. The index of "separating ratio" was proposed to assess the overall character of the burner. Then the influence of the obstructing block position, diameter of particle and wind speed to this ratio was analyzed as a reference for utilities.
