摘  要:由于火力发电机组自动控制被控对象动态特性随着运行工况发生较大的变化,在某工况下超出控制器调节参数的最佳调节区域,容易出现等幅振荡、发散振荡或调节偏差越限,危及机组安全、稳定运行。针对自动控制调节品质指标分析,结合具体案例,制定了自动控制预警方案,应用DCS常见功能块组态,在出现发散振荡或调节偏差越限时实时报警。经过在某2×1000 MW超(超)临界机组成功应用,实现了自动控制在调节品质恶化时实时报警。With the operating condition changing, dynamic characteristics of the automatically controlled object in thermal power generating units vary significantly, which results in a condition that the controlled object is regulated in a region exceeding the best regulating interval of controller's configuration parameters. In that situation, subsequent sustained oscillation, divergent oscillation and limit-exceeding regulating deviation jeopardize the secure and stable operation in units. According to analysis of automatic control regulating quality, this paper establishes automatic control warning scheme in combination with a specific case, which adopts common DCS logic blocks to construct configuration and offers a real-time warning when divergent oscillation or limit-exceeding regulating deviation occurs. Through a successful application in a 2~ 1000 MW (ultra) supercritical unit, the real-time warning function when regulating quality deteriorates is realized.
