摘　　要：目的:了解安徽省城市养老模式的现况,发现存在的问题,为制订城市养老规划提供依据。方法:走访有关民政部门、养老机构和社区卫生服务中心并进行座谈。结果:家庭养老经济负担过重,缺乏有力支持;机构养老观念不普及,养老机构不规范;社区养老服务单一,人才队伍不健全。结论:建议完善安徽省城市养老模式应给予财政支持,完善养老保障体系;整合社会资源,加强硬软件建设;规范化管理,建立专业人才队伍。Objective To understand the status quo of urban elderly support mode in Anhui province, to find out problems, and to provide evidence for making an urban elderly support mode programme. Methods Interviews were made in relevant civil administration departments,elderly support organizations and community health service centers. Results Being lack of helpful support, families bore a heavy financial burden of old--age support, while at the same rime,the idea of elderly support by organization was not popular. Elderly support organizations lacked standardization, community--based elderly support services were simple,and professionals were in short supply. Conclusions Provincial urban elderly support mode should be supported by the finance. The old--age insurance system requires improvement. Social resources need to be integrated, hardware and software resources must be strengthened,management should be standardized and professional talent team should be established.
