摘　　要：目的:了解台州地区百岁以上老年人健康状况以及卫生服务需求状况。方法:采用普查的方法,对台州地区174名100岁以上老人进行健康调查问卷调查与体格检查。结果:台州百岁老人的健康状况一般,近半老人患有慢性病或外伤等,罹患疾病前五位的是高血压、骨折、白内障、前列腺增生和脑中风。结论:根据百岁老人特点,开展有针对性的健康随访、医疗保健及社会帮扶等工作。Objective To examine the health conditions and service demands among centenarians in Taizhou City. Methods Using general survey method, we investigated a total of 174 centenarians in Taizhou city through question- naires and physical examination. Results The health conditions of centenarians in Taizhou were at an average level. Nearly half of them suffered from chronic or trauma. Top five diseases were hypertension, fracture, cataract, prostato- plasia and apoplexy. Conclusions It is suggested that we should carry out follow-- up,health care and community help for the centenarians in Taizhou according to their characteristics.
