53例足月小样儿3月龄DST结果分析

摘　　要：目的:了解足月小样儿3月龄发育情况。方法:采用0～6岁儿童发育筛查测验(DST),对龙岗区妇幼保健院2011年出生的53名3月龄足月小样儿及159名3月龄足月适于胎龄儿进行测试。结果:足月小样儿3个月龄时其发育商不正常筛出率为18.9%,高于足月适于胎龄儿(11.3%,χ2=4.009,P=0.045)。足月小样儿组发育商得分为89.23±9.87,低于足月适于胎龄儿组90.65±7.48,但差异未见有统计学意义(t=-1.106,P=0.270)。足月小样儿组智力指数得分为92.92±11.06,低于足月适于胎龄儿组93.70±7.81,差异亦未见有统计学意义(t=-0.559,P=0.577)。结论:足月小样儿3个月龄时其发育商不正常筛出率高于足月适于胎龄儿,建议家长对足月小样儿实施早期综合干预训练,以促进其心智发育。Objective To analyze neuro -- developmental screening test results of 3 -- month mature low-- birth-- weight infants. Methods 53 mature low--birth--weight infants and 159 mature normal--birth--weight infants who were born in Longgang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were assessed with DST when they were 3 months old. Results The rate of abnormal DST results among 3--month mature low--birth--weight infants was 18.9% ,which was higher than that of mature normal-- birth--weight infants （11.3 %）, X2 = 4. 009, P = 0. 045. The developmental quotient and mentality indexes among 3--month mature low--birth--weight infants were 89.23±9.87 and 92.92% 11. 06,respectively, which were lower than those of mature normal-- birth-- weight infants （90.65-± 7.48 and 93.70 ± 7. 81） ,but there was no statistic signifieanee（P〉0.05）. Conclusions The rate of abnormal developmental quotient among 3--month mature low--birth--weight infants was higher than that of mature normal--birth--weight infants, so we suggest parents take some general early intervention exercises on mature low--birth--weight infants to promote their mentality development.
