摘 要:目的 :探讨不同致伤参数对兔胸部撞击伤后心血管系统伤情的影响。方法 :采用兔胸部撞击伤模型 ,设置不同的致伤参数 ,观察其对心血管系统损伤程度和死亡率的影响。结果 :驱动压力越大 ,心血管系统损伤程度越重 ;撞击面积增大 ,心血管系统损伤程度并不随之加重 ;收缩末期撞击对心脏的损伤较重 ,舒张末期撞击对大血管系统的影响较大 ;死亡率与驱动压力、撞击面积成正比 ;舒张末期撞击死亡率上升。结论 :致伤参数不同 ,对胸部撞击伤后心血管系统的损伤程度是不同的。Objective:To explore the effects of different injury parameters on the cardiovascular system after chest impact trauma (CIT).Methods:A rabbit model of CIT was used to examine the effects of different injury parameters on the cardiovascular system,the survival rate as well as mortality in rabbits.Results:The bigger the driving pressure,the more severity of cardiovascular response was found.However,the severity of the cardiovascular system injury was not aggravated by the impact area.Systolic ending impact could lead to significant cardiac dysfunction while diastolic ending impact to macrovascular injury.The survival rate was in reverse proportion to the driving pressure and impact area,and it decreased in animals with diastolic ending impact.Conclusions:These data suggest that different injury parameters may have different effect on CITinduced cardiovascular system injury.
