中老年知识分子血压与健康状况分析

摘　　要：目的 :监测高校知识分子的血压与健康状况。方法 :对 1477名 40岁以上文学、理工、医学和经济学等学科专业的中老年高校教工的血压、身高、体重及相关血液生化指标进行检测 ,分析对健康的影响。结果 :高血压总患病率为 17.6 % ,单收缩压升高患病率为 13.3% ,随增龄而升高。高血压人群的血糖、血清甘油三酯、血尿酸和体质指数 (BMI)明显高于正常血压的人群 ,但血清胆固醇浓度在两组之间的差异不显著。与血压有显著直线关系的因素有血糖、甘油三酯、尿酸、胰岛素、年龄和 BMI。Objective:To monitor the hypertension and health status of the middle aged and the elderly intellectuals in a university.Method:The blood pressure,body weight,body height and some serum biochemical indexs of 1 477 intellectuals over 40 years old were measured.The relationship between hypertension and other items were analyzed.Results:The total incidence of hypertension was 30 9%,and in which isolated systolic hypertension(ISH) was 13 3%.Both systolic and diastolic blood pressures were increased with the age increasing.The levels of serum glucose,triglycerides,uric acid and body mass index(BMI) in hypertension group were higher than those in normal blood pressure group,but the difference of serum total cholesterol between the two groups was not significant.There were positive correlations between hypertension and glucose,triglycerides,uric acid,insulin,age as well as BMI.
