摘 要:分析了产生电机定子硅钢片短路的原因和危害,并基于ARM的嵌入式系统设计为背景,使用uIP为协议的以太网通讯,设计了一个使用LM3S8962微处理器的片间短路检测系统.与以往电机定子短路检测方法相比,本文设计的系统只需要很低的励磁电压,简单的人员操作,就可以准确的检测短路故障的严重程度和位置.现场实验结果与理论分析相吻合,表明该系统有较好的准确性和稳定性.In this paper, by analyzing the causes and hazards of short-circuit in the stator silicon steel, based on embedded uIP protocol stack for the Ethernet network communications, a sheet short-circuit fault diagnose of generator stator system of using LM358962 Processor is designed. Its background is ARM-based embedded system design technology. Compare the previous methods of diagnosis of the generator stator, this system requires only a very low excitation voltage, a few persons to operate and can reflect the fault serious level and location. The relative experiments are carried out and the coincidence conclusion with the theory analyses are got, which show that the system has good accuracy and stability.
