摘 要:近红外光谱技术是近年来发展最快的光谱技术,优势突出,被广泛应用于石油、化工、食品、烟草等行业。为全面了解近红外光谱技术在烟草领域的应用情况,综述了近红外光谱分析技术在烟草分析中的应用可行性及应用现状,既包括对烟草常规化学成分、重要致香成分、物理指标、卷烟烟气指标、无机元素等的定量检测,又包括对烟草品种、产地、部位、等级、卷烟制品真伪、卷烟辅助材料等的定性判别,并对近红外光谱检测技术在烟草分析领域的发展趋势进行了展望。Near infrared spectroscopy technique is a spectroscopic technique which has developed quickly in recent years.Based on its advantages,it is widely used in petroleum,chemical engineering,food,tobacco and other industries.In order to comprehensively understand the application of near infrared spectroscopy technology in tobacco field,the feasibility and application status of near infrared spectroscopy analysis technique in tobacco analysis were introduced.This paper summarized both quantitative detection of routine chemical components,important aroma compositions,physical indexes,cigarette smoking characteristics,inorganic elements,and qualitative analysis of tobacco variety,origin,growth place,grade,cigarette authenticity and auxiliary material of cigarette.Finally,the trend of near infrared spectroscopy analysis technique in tobacco analysis was described in this paper.
