摘 要:为揭示温度影响水稻侧根发育的机制,从水稻甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)突变体库中筛选出一个高温敏感侧根缺失突变体hts1,初步研究了该突变体苗期性状及农艺性状对不同温度的反应。结果表明,该突变体在26℃侧根表型正常,28~32℃表现为少侧根,34℃以上表现为无侧根以及不定根数目显著增加;34℃高温处理下,相比野生型对照,突变体的分蘖数、株高以及结实率等分别降低了42.5%、14.0%、58.2%。遗传分析表明,该突变体是单隐性基因突变。该基因的突变使水稻生长发育尤其是侧根发育和育性对34℃以上的高温表现出超敏感。To investigate the effect of temperature on the development of rice lateral root,a lateral rootless mutant hts1 was screened from an EMS mutant library,and its seedling phenotype and agronomic traits were studied.The mutant showed the deficiency of lateral roots and the increase of adventitious roots at 34 ℃,but it was normal at 26 ℃ and presented an intermediate phenotype from 28 ℃ to 32 ℃.Compared with its wild type Kasalath,the tiller,plant height and fertility of hts1 after high temperature treatment decreased by 42.5%,14.0% and 58.2%,respectively.Genetic analysis indicated that the mutation was controlled by a single recessive gene.Because of the gene mutation,the growth and development of hts1 became extremely sensitive to high temperature,especially for lateral roots and fertility.
