阿里红水提物对家兔离体小肠平滑肌收缩性的影响

摘　　要：为研究不同质量浓度的阿里红水提物对家兔离体小肠平滑肌收缩活动的影响,制备家兔离体十二指肠、回肠肠段标本,灌流给药后分别记录低、中、高质量浓度组阿里红水提物作用下小肠平滑肌收缩频率与收缩幅度的变化。结果表明,阿里红水提物低、中、高质量浓度组均能抑制家兔小肠平滑肌的收缩活动,并呈浓度依赖效应,高质量浓度组有极显著的抑制作用(P<0.01),说明阿里红有抑制小肠平滑肌收缩的作用。To observe the influence of different concentrations of Fomes officinalis extract on the contraction activity of ex vivo small intestinal smooth muscle of rabbit,the duodenum and ileum of rabbit were prepared and perfused with different concentrations of Fomes officinalis extract.The contraction frequency and the amplitude of the contraction changes were recorded and showed that all of the low,medium and high density groups of Fomes officinalis water extractions could restrain the contraction activities of smooth muscle of small intestine,with the concentration dependent.For the high concentration group,a significant inhibitory effect was observed（P0.01）,suggesting that Fomes officinalis inhibits intestinal smooth muscle contraction activity.
