摘　　要：针对知识、能力、素质结构展开论述,分析了创新型体育教师的知识、能力和素质的各项构成及其相互之间的关系。In view of the structure of knowledge, ability and quality, this paper interprets and analyzes the structure of innovative sports teachers＇ knowledge, ability and quality, the relationship between each other.
