健康教育对社区糖尿病病人管理的影响

摘　　要：目的:了解健康教育讲座对社区糖尿病患者治疗效果的影响。方法:随机抽样选取本社区糖尿病患者178人,均按照社区要求进行糖尿病管理和随访。随机选择一组86人,随访一年,每月参加一次社区举办的高血压健康教育讲座,其余92人为对照组。比较两组之间在非药物治疗措施的执行;药物治疗的依从性和合理性;目标血糖的达标率;心脑血管疾病的发生率的差异。结果:通过举办社区糖尿病患者的健康教育讲座讲座,可以提高社区糖尿病患者非药物治疗措施的执行率,健康教育组(86人)在糖尿病知识普及及非药物性治疗及焦虑情绪方面均较对照组(92人)明显提高;健康教育组(86人)目标血糖达标率70.9%,对照组(192人)目标血糖达标率45.7%;健康教育组(86人)心脑血管疾病发生率5.8%,对照组(92人)心脑血管疾病的发生率18.5%。结论:糖尿病患者的健康教育讲座是一种控制社区糖尿病极为有效的方式。Objective：To investigate effection of healthy education lecture to the community treatment of diabetes melli- tus. Methods： 178 patients with diabetes mellitus in our YOUXIE community were selected radomly, They were all man- aged and followed - up by the damand of community. 86 patients joined the healthy education lecture hold by our YOUX- IE community,The others were the matched group. Compare the difference between the two groups in basic knowledge of diabetes mellitus ; performance of non - medication; the rationality; anxiety neurosis ; the ratio of target blood sugar and the incidence of cardiovascular and eerebrovascular disease. Results：Healthy education lecture in community diabetes melli- tus patients can improve the performance of noff - medication, the rationality and accordance of medication, the ratio of target blood sugar, the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, conclusions： Healthy education lecture in community diabetes mellitus patients is an effective pattern in blood sugar controllment.
