胶州湾普氏缰虾虎鱼生物学特性的初步研究

摘　　要：根据2008年12月～2009年8月在胶州湾中部海域进行的逐月定点底拖网调查资料,对普氏缰虾虎鱼(Amoyapflaumi)的渔业生物学特性进行了初步研究。结果表明:胶州湾普氏缰虾虎鱼的体长范围为23～59mm,平均体长为(40.4±0.3)(S.E.)mm,优势体长为30～50mm,所占比重为86.1%;体重范围为(0.11～2.73)g,平均体重为(0.91±0.02)(S.E.)g,优势体重为0.35～1.40g,所占比重为73.0%。其von Bertalanffy生长方程参数为L∞=72.8mm、W∞=5.01g、k=0.44a-1和t0=-0.46a。通过分析其性腺成熟度的逐月变化,初步判断其繁殖盛期为6月。绝对繁殖力为1 377～6 157粒,平均为(3 689±365)(S.E.)粒;体长相对繁殖力为38～124粒/mm,平均为(81±7)(S.E.)粒/mm;体重相对繁殖力为1 622～4 354粒/g,平均为(2 780±196)(S.E.)粒/g。其Ⅳ期卵巢的卵径范围为0.375～0.636mm,平均为(0.501±0.002)(S.E.)mm,卵径分布只存在1个峰值,分布区间为0.450～0.550mm。According to the data obtained from investigation by bottom trawl in the central Jiaozhou Bay from December 2008 to August 2009,some biological characteristics of Amoya pflaumi were analyzed in this paper,such as growth parameters,condition factor,spawning season,fecundity,distribution of egg diameter,and so on.The results indicated that the standard length of samples was 23~59 mm,and body weight was 0.11~2.73 g.The group of dominant standard length was 30~50 mm,and the group of dominant body weight was 0.35~1.40 g.The mean values of standard length and body weight were 40.4±0.3（S.E.） mm and 0.91±0.02（S.E.） g respectively.The growth parameters of von Bertalanffy formula estimated with ELEFAN Ⅰ in FiSAT Ⅱ package were L∞=72.8 mm,W∞=5.01 g,k=0.44 a-1,and t0=-0.46 a.By analyzing the monthly changes in the percentage of females in different gonadal stages,it was found that the major spawning season of A.pflaumi was in June.The absolute fecundity of A.pflaumi ranged from 1 377 to 6 157 eggs,with a mean value of 3 689±365（S.E.） eggs.The relative fecundity to standard length（FL） varied from 38 to 124 eggs/mm,with an average of 81±7（S.E.） eggs/mm.The relative fecundity to body weight（FW） varied from 1 622 to 4 354 eggs/g,with an average value of 2 780±196（S.E.） eggs/g.The size of egg diameter ranged from 0.375 to 0.636 mm,with a mean value of 0.501±0.002（S.E.） mm.The egg diameter distribution in Ⅳ maturity stage ovary was unimodal with a dominant range of 0.450~0.550 mm.
