摘 要:针对闭环制造对测量任务执行及时性和测量结果集成性的要求,提出兼容STEP-NC的在机测量系统。参考支持闭环制造的相关信息模型(STEP-NC和先进集成数学系统)建立了在机测量系统的信息模型。在此基础上提出分层的在机测量工艺规划技术,利用面向对象的宏程序实现了工艺规划信息的后置处理,采用多线程方式实现了测量程序执行和测量数据反馈的并行处理,并对测量项和测量点进行统一标志,从而保证了测量数据与设计模型关联的可靠性。在CATIA平台上开发了原型系统,并通过一个飞机零件验证了所建立的系统及其技术的有效性和可用性。Aiming at the requirement of Closed-Loop Manufacturing(CLM) on measurement operation timeliness and measurement result integration,a STEP-NC compatible on-machine measurement system was proposed.The information model of the system was presented by consulting the current data model standards supporting closed-loop manufacturing,based on which a hierarchical process planning approach was proposed.Object-oriented macro programs were utilized to post process the planned inspection information.Measurement programs execution and inspection result feedback were concurrently handled through multithread ways.Inspection items such as hole diameter and measurement points were uniformly and uniquely identified to ensure the accurate and reliable associations of measurement results with the designed model.Based on CATIA,a STEP-NC compatible on-machine measurement prototype system was developed,and the validity as well as the practicality of the proposed on-machine measurement system were demonstrated with an aeronautic test part.
