美国镀金时代晚期国家干预主义思潮的萌动

摘　　要：美国镀金时代晚期,一方面工业化、城市化进程加快,另一方面社会政治经济问题滋生,各种社会矛盾凸显。美国知识分子对此给予了高度的关注和深入的思考,认为镀金时代时代占主导地位的自由放任主义思潮及自由放任的社会经济政策,已不能适应美国社会经济发展的需要;政府必须充分发挥其社会调节职能,由政府来干预社会经济生活,重构美国社会政治经济秩序,保证经济与社会协调发展。美国镀金时代晚期知识分子的主张,标志着美国国家干预主义思潮的产生。美国镀金时代晚期国家干预主义思潮还处于萌动期,有其理想化和不成熟的一面,但它为国家干预主义思潮的崛起积蓄了力量,奠定了基础。In the late American gilded age,on one hand,the industrialization and urbanization speed up,on the other hand,lots of social,political and economic problems come out and all kinds of social contradiction emerge.American intellectuals attach importance to them and think them deeply.They think the dominant Laissez-faire thought and Laissez-faire economic policy can＇t adapt to the need of the development of American economy.The government must give a full play of its function to intervene the economic life and restructure the order of American politics and economy so as to ensure the coordinated development of economy and society.The proposal of intellectuals symbolizes the rising of American state interventionism.The state interventionism is still in the stirring state in the late American gilded age with the characteristics of idealization as well as immaturity.However,it lays on foundation for the state interventionism thought and accumulates power for the state interventionism.
