摘 要:目的 探讨流行性出血热 (epidemichemorrhagicfever,EHF)发病的保护因素。 方法采用 1∶1配对病例对照研究调查和分析有关的暴露因素。结果 调查了 185对病例和对照 ,在单因素 χ2 和多因素logistic回归分析中 ,室内鼠患、农活、外出、人均年收入和住房地面的材料均有统计学意义。在P <0 .0 5显著水平下 ,室内鼠患、农活、外出、人均年收入和住房地面的logistic回归系数分别为 1.377、1.6 87、1.6 30、- 1.2 16和 - 0 .888。结论 人均年收入的提高和水泥或砖地面的住房可能是EHF发病的保护因素 ,这对EHF的综合防制有着重要指导意义。Objective To study the risk factors of epidimic hemorrhagic fever(EHF). Methods A 1∶1 matched case-control study was conducted to analyse EHF risk factors. Results One hundred and eighty-five matched pairs were investigated. Five factors were associated with risks of the disease, including rodent activity in house, farm working, travel, annual average income of an individual and ground material of the house, when χ 2 test and logistic regression model were processed respectively. The coefficients of rodent activity in house, farm working, travel, annual average income of an individual and ground material of the house in multivarible Logistic regression model were 1.377 , 1.687 , 1.630 , -1.216 and -0.888 , respectively, when P value < 0.05 was observed. Conclusions Factors as high average income of individuals, brick or cement used as material of the ground in the house, seemed to be protective factors of EHF, which were important to the control and prevention of EHF.
