摘  要:提高焦化蜡油的收率能为加氢裂化和催化裂化装置多提供原料或适当提高焦化加工能力。因为采用低及超低循环比(R=0.03~0.20)操作条件,要求对焦化分馏塔下部洗涤换热段进行优化设计,以保证延迟焦化装置生产符合加氢要求的蜡油馏分(康氏残炭的质量分数小于0.20%)及分馏塔正常操作。集油箱下洗涤换热段宜选择蜡油作洗涤油,层数为2~3层的喷淋室和3~4层"■ "形喷淋换热挡板,该段夹带气速0.015 3~0.198 0m/s、喷淋密度不小于2.4 m3/(h.m2)为宜,而在热油气入口分配器下设重蜡油抽出斗的结构型式,有利于实现选择性循环油操作、生产合格蜡油和长周期操作的目的。To improve the coker gas oil yield to provide feedstocks for hydrocracking unit and catalytic cracking unit or appropriately raise coker's processing capacity and apply low or super-low recycle ratio(R=0.03~0.20) operation,the optimized design of washing and heat transfer section at the lower part of coker fractionator is very important to ensure that coker gas oil meets the required specifications(Conradson carbon residue less than 0.20 w%)for hydrogenation unit and the fractionator is in normal operation.It is suggested to select spray chamber of 2~3 layer and " " shaped spray decks of 3~4 layer for the configuration of washing and heat transfer section under coker gas oil sump tank,it is appropriate to use coker gas oil as washing oil.The carry-over gas velocity of this section is 0.015 3~0.198 0 m/s and spray density is no lower than 2.4 m3/(h·m2).The heavy coker gas oil is drawn from oil collector under hot oil inlet distributor.All of these configurations are designed to realize selective recycle oil operation and produce on-spec coker gas oil and keep long-term operation.
