摘　　要：目的　研究氟对中枢神经系统的毒性作用。方法　对饮含氟量为 10 0 m g/ L 的高氟水 6个月的小鼠脑海马回组织超微结构进行观察。结果　高氟组小鼠海马回神经细胞、神经突触、神经纤维及血脑屏障的超微结构均出现显著的病理变化。Objective To study the hazardous effects of fluoride on central nervous system(CNS).Methods The supra micro structures of brain hippocampus in mice which had been exposed to high fluoride in drinking water for six months were examined using electron microscopy,and compared with the control group.Results The supra micro sturctures of neurons,neural synapses,neural fibers and the blood brain barrier were changed significantly in the high fluoride exposed group.Conclusions Fluoride could directly damage the CNS.
