集束干预策略在ICU患者压疮预防中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨集束干预策略在重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)患者压疮预防中的应用效果。方法选择入住ICU治疗的289例患者为实验组,在压疮预防中实施集束干预策略;选择268例患者为对照组,在压疮预防中实施常规护理。比较两组患者压疮发生情况。结果实验组患者压疮发生率为2.1%低于对照组的5.2%,两组比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论采用集束干预策略可有效预防ICU患者压疮的发生。Objective To explore the effect of intervention bundle on the prevention of pressure ulcers in critical care unit （ICU）patients.Methods Two hundred and eighty-nine ICU patients were assigned to the experiment group in which intervention bundle was implemented to prevent pressure ulcers,and another 268 patients as the control group received routine nursing.The incidence of pressure ulcers were compared between the groups.Result The incidence of pressure ulcers in the experiment group was 2.1%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group（5.2%）.Conclusion Intervention bundle can efficiently prevent the occurrence of pressure ulcers in ICU patients.
