渭良伤科油配合抬臀运动预防下肢骨折牵引患者压疮的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药制剂渭良伤科油配合抬臀运动预防下肢骨折牵引患者压疮的效果。方法应用随机法将240例下肢骨折牵引患者分为干预组120例和对照组120例。对照组患者使用水垫,建立翻身卡,1～2h翻身一次。干预组方法同对照组,区别为翻身时采用渭良伤科油涂抹并按摩患者骶尾部及受压骨突处皮肤3min,1～2次/4h;配合抬臀运动,一次15～20下,一日3～4次。比较2组压疮发生率。结果 2组压疮发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论渭良伤科油配合抬臀运动预防下肢骨折牵引患者压疮有效方便、价格低廉、应用安全,值得在骨科住院患者中推广使用。Objective To explore the effects of Weiliang Trauma Ointment combined with buttock lifting motion on prevention of pressure ulcers in patients with lower limb fracture traction.Methods 240 cases were randomly assigned to intervention group and control group with 120 cases in each group.Water pillow was used in two groups.In control group,patient＇s position should be changed every 1 to 2 hours.While in intervention group,Weiliang Trauma Ointment was rubbed on skin for 3 min,1 to 2 times every 4 hours.And buttock lifting motion should be done in the same time.The occurrences of pressure ulcers were compared between two groups.Results Occurrence of pressure ulcers was significantly decreased in intervention group（P0.05）.Conclusions Weiliang Trauma Ointment combined with buttock lifting motion can prevent pressure ulcers effectively in patients with lower limb fracture traction,and should be spread used.
