摘　　要：针对现有正异丁烷分离装置产品纯度低的问题,通过运用HYSYS工艺模拟软件进行模拟分析,确定了通过增加正异丁烷分离塔精馏段高度提高分馏精度的工艺思路。现场实施增加精馏段后,正异丁烷的产品质量分数均达到99%以上。Based on the low product purity of the existing separation device for n-butane and isobutane,HYSYS process simulation software is used to analyze the separation process.Increasing the height of distillation section for separation tower is applied to improve the fractionation precision of n-butane and isobutane.After adding the distillation section,the quality of n-butane and isobutane can both reach above 99%.
