摘　　要：正确的血型鉴定和配血是保证临床安全输血的关键环节,血型鉴定和配血错误可能危及患者生命。本文就1例高效价冷自身抗体导致ABO血型鉴定正反不符和配血困难报告如下。To analyze the blood typing and blood match difficulties caused by cold autoantibody.Microcol- umn gel technology combine with tube test were used.Actually the sample was typed O blood grouping.Because of the blood typing result was influenced by cold autoantibody.Positive blood grouping was AB.Reverse blood typing result was O.Cold autoantibody could cause blood typing difficulties.Dealing with patient＇s sample may be the key step to acquire correct blood typing and blood match results.
