摘　　要：ABO血型鉴定在临床输血工作中占有极其重要的地位,错误定型将严重影响临床输血工作的正常进行,有时会遇到一些正反定型不一致的情况,正反定型不符一般由抗体缺失、亚型、ABO系统以外抗体干扰几种因素引起。To provide matching blood to contain IgM properties of anti M antibody.One case of patient with blood typing discrepancies by test tube method and microcolumn gel test and identification , screening , identification of the antibodies and antiglobulin test and serological method for blood group identification , confirmation of the serum containing IgM properties of anti M antibody.To choose the corresponding antigen negative donor red cell transfusions and the patients after blood cross matching.Blood transfusion in patients with preoperative preparation of blood the patient to carry out routine antibody screening is necessary.
