摘　　要：本文以健康传播领域最权威的两本期刊《健康传播》和《健康传播杂志》上所发表的原创性研究论文为对象,对2000年1月至2012年12月期间发表的论文进行编码,考察了这些论文的研究对象的地域分布、人口特征,论文所涉及的主要研究议题,采用的主要研究方法,以及运用的理论。从中梳理了美国健康传播研究的现状,分析了研究热点和研究缺失,探讨了健康传播研究的发展趋势。This paper selected original research papers of two leading academic journals Health Communication and Journal of Health Communications its research object. A total of 786 research papers from January 2000 to December 2012 were included in the sample being coded. It explored the geographical distribution and demographic characteristics of research objects, research topics, main methods and theory in use. It analyzed the current status of international health communica- tion, as well as the research focus and lacking, and proposed the developing trends of health com- munication studies.
