摘　　要：随着网络和信息技术快速发展,信息化浪潮已经蔓延在社会的每一个角落,现代医院逐渐脱离传统模式过渡到网络化为主的运行形式。利用医院网络化开展图书馆读者服务工作,是医院在网络环境下对读者开展阅读服务的新尝试,不仅为读者创造了更好阅读条件,也对图书馆的服务有更深的要求。网络图书馆下,读者服务工作都每一个关节都有着比较深刻的变化,医院图书馆应该怎么样迎接挑战,把握好机遇,如何更好进行读者服务工作开展是目前应该思考和研究的问题。with the rapiddevelopment oflntemet and information technology, informatization has spreadin every corner ofthe society, the operation form ofth e modem hospital gradually fi＇om the traditional mode of the transition to the network.
