摘　　要：地方高校作为各地方培养人才的中坚力量,培养社会主义新农村建设创业人才已成为其迫切的任务之一。大学生到农村创业这个挑战传统与世俗观念的创举为突破新农村建设的人才难题提供了有效答案,显示出巨大的意义。As local colleges and universities has been the backbone of the local talent cultivate, it has become one of the urgent tasks for them to train a new socialist countryside construction of entrepreneurial talents. The traditional and secular concept of initiative is challenged when college students go to rural and start an undertaking which shows great significance for the talent problem breakthrough of new rural construction.
