摘　　要：本文以《科技会议录索引》(Index to Scientific and Technical Proceedings,简称ISTP)为统计源,对新疆2012年被其收录的任意作者的论文从作者分布、机构分布、文献语言分布、发文情报源分布、文献类型分布、学科分布,以及主要合作国家分布七个方面进行了全面的统计分析,可供地区科研管理部门制定科技规划、引进人才、实施成果奖励等提供参考。TakingIndex to Scientific Technical Proceedings as a source of information,this paper makes a comprehensive statistics analysis on the papers covered by ISTP during 2012 in Xinjiang, from the authors distribution, the institutions distribution, the literature language distribution, the type of literature distribution, the main journal distribution, the subjects distribution, as well as the distribution of the key co-operational countries. It will provide reference for scientific research management department on regional development＇s science and technology planning, the introduction of talent, and the implementation of achievements.
