头孢哌酮联合痰热清治疗老年人呼吸系统感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨头孢哌酮注射液联合痰热清注射液治疗老年人呼吸系统感染的临床疗效。方法抽取2010年1月至2011年1月的80份病历和处方,分为观察组和对照组,各40份。观察组患者给予头孢哌酮注射液联合痰热清注射液,对照组用了头孢哌酮注射液联合氨溴索注射液,观察其临床疗效和不良反应。结果观察组疗效优于对照组,根据统计学分析,两组差异性明显(P<0.05)。结论头孢哌酮注射液联合痰热清注射液,治疗老年人呼吸系统感染疗效确切、疗程短、见效快、安全可靠,值得临床应用推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of cefoperazone sodium injection combined with Tanreqing injection in treating old respiratory infection, Methods 80 medical records and prescriptions were selected from January 2010 to January 2011, and divided randomly into observation group （n=40） and control group （n=40）. The patients in the observation group received cefoperazone sodium injection combined with Tanreqing injection; and in the control group received cefoperazone sodium injection combined with ambroxol hydrochloride injection; observed and compared their clinical effect and adverse reaction, Results The effect in the observation group is better than that in the control group; the difference of two groups is significant by statistical analysis （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cefoperazone sodium injection combined with Tanreqing injection in treating old respiratory infection has obvious advantages such as certain effect, short course of treatment, quick and safe, and it is worth to be introduced in clinic.
