非气腹腹腔镜治疗卵巢黄体破裂的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究非气腹腹腔镜对卵巢黄体破裂的临床疗效。方法回顾分析对2007年4月至2011年4月我院收治的卵巢黄体破裂患者40例,其中20例实施非气腹腹腔镜作为研究组,另20例实施气腹腹腔镜作为对照组。比较两组的手术时间,术中出血量及术后患者疼痛等。结果两组在手术时间、出血量、术后排气时间无显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论非气腹腹腔镜手术适应证较气腹腹腔镜广,且术中出血量及疼痛与后者相当,具有广阔的临床应用前景。Objective To study the clinical effect of treating rupture ofcorpus luteumby gasless laparoscopic surgery. Methods Choosed 40 patients of rupture ofcorpus luteumfrom Apr. 2007 to Apr. 2011 to divide into study group with 20 cases received gasless laparoscopic surgery and 20 cases received laparoscope＇ as controlled group. Compared the surgery time, amount of bleeding, postoperative exhaust time. Results There was no difference of surgery time, amount of bleeding, postoperative exhaust time in these two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The indication of gasless laparoscope is wilder than laparoscope with the same amount of blood and pain to extend in elinieal.
