集束化护理在预防气管插管患者非计划性拔管中的应用及对生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察集束化护理在预防气管插管患者非计划性拔管的应用及对生活质量的影响。方法 70例气管插管患者随机分为两组,对照组35例,采用常规护理,观察组35例,采用集束化护理。对两组患者的非计划性拔管发生情况,生活质量进行比较。结果对照组有11例患者发生非计划性拔管,观察组有4例患者发生,两组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。两组护理后患者SCL-90评分均有明显降低(P<0.05),与对照组比较,观察组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论对气管插管患者采用集束化护理可以明显降低非计划性拔管的发生,提高患者的生活质量和预后。Objective To study the prevention of cluster nursing on unplanned extubation（UEX） for intubated patients and the effectiveness on quality of life and. Methods 70 intubated patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group（n=35 cases） and the observation group（n=35 cases）. The patients in the control group were cured through the conventional nursing, while the patients in the observation group were cured through cluster nursing. The quality of life were compared. Results There were 11 patients for UEX in the control group and 4 in the observation group. There was a significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Their SCL-90 were decreased after nursing and it in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Cluster nursing on unplanned extubation for intubated patients can reduce the occurrence of UEX and improve quality of life and prognosis.
