经后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗肾复杂性囊性病变的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨经后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗肾复杂性囊性病变的临床效果。方法回顾性分析51例采用经后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术(观察组)与43例采取传统开放式手术(对照组)治疗肾复杂性囊性病变的病例。结果两组患者的手术成功率无显著差异;但手术时间、术中出血量、住院天数、并发症发生率,观察组均远低于对照组,差异明显,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论经后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗肾复杂性囊性病变的临床效果确切,手术创伤小,术后恢复快,并发症少,住院时间短,是治疗复杂性肾囊性病变的可靠手术方式。Objective To investigate the clinical effect for retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst in the treatment of kidney complex cystic lesions. Methods The cases of 51 patients with postmenopausal laparoscopic renal cyst decortication （observation group） and 43 cases take the traditional open surgery （control group） in the treatment of complex cystic lesions of the kidney cases were taken for retrospective analysis. Results The surgical success rate of the two groups of patients was without significant difference. The operative time, blood loss, length of hospital stay, incidence of complications in the observation group were much lower than those in the control group, the differences were significant, there was statistically significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscopic renal cyst decortication complexity treatment of renal cystic lesions is exact, surgical trauma is with faster recovery, fewer complications, shorter hospital stay, and it is a retiable surgical way for the treatment of complex renal cystic lesion.
