摘　　要：目的评估手术室临床护理路径在手术患者中的应用价值。方法 2010年7月至2012年6月,随机选取我院手术室进行手术的患者共90例,分为对照组和实验组,对照组进行常规方法治疗和护理,实验组按照临床护理路径方式进行治疗和护理。对两组患者的平均住院天数、住院费用、健康教育达标率及满意率进行比较。结果与对照组相比实验组的平均住院天数和住院费用明显减少,健康教育达标率及满意率显著性增加。结论临床护理路径作为一种高效率、高品质、低成本的健康服务模式,也适用于手术室患者的护理。Objective To assess the operating room clinical nursing path in surgical patients value. Methods July 2010 to June 2012, randomly selected from our hospital operating room surgery in patients with a total of 90 cases, divided into a control group and the experimental group, the control group, the conventional method of treatment and care, the experimental group in accordance with the clinical care path way treatment and care. To compare the two groups of patients, the average length of hospital stay, cost of hospitalization, health education compliance rate and satisfaction rate. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group, the average length of hospital stay and hospital costs significantly reduced, health education compliance rate and satisfaction rate was significantly increased. Conclusion The clinical care path as a high-efficiency, high-quality, low-cost health service model, also applies to the operating room patient care.
