阳痿结合CDFI的分度治疗(附74例报告)

摘　　要：对 74例阳痿患者在阴茎海绵体内注射血管活性药物罂粟硷 6 0 mg+前列腺素 E1 0 μg+ 2 %利多卡因1m l后 ,结合彩色多普勒超声检查 (CDFI) ,按 Schram ek分度分组 ,分别向各组患者提供可选择、可接受的治疗方法。结果 74例阳痿患者的治疗满意率达 82 .43%。认为对阳痿患者结合 CDFI进行分度治疗 ,不仅易为患者接受 ,而且满意率高 ,值得临床推广应用。To probe a new method in order to enhance the curative satisfactory rate to patients suffered from impotence We divided 74 patients suffered from inpotence into 4 different dagree classes according to their penial rigidity after the intracavernosa injection(ICI)with the vasoactive drugs including papaverine 60mg plus prostaglandian E 1,combining the colour dopplar flow imagining(CDFI) With different methods,we treated these patients according to their inclination.These selective goal oriented therapies greatly enhance the satisfactory late to 82 43% The oriented therapy to patients suffered from impotence combining CDFI offered an acceptable,rapid and effective method applied clinically
