IDDM患儿血管内皮因子分泌失衡对血压的影响

摘　　要：收集 4～ 14岁胰岛素依赖型糖尿病 (IDDM, 型 )患儿 15例 ,并按性别、年龄配对调查正常儿童 15例。分别测定其血浆内皮素 (ET)、6 -酮 -前列环素 (6 - K- PGF1α)及血清一氧化氮 (NO)水平 ,测量其收缩压 (SBp)和舒张压 (DBp)。结果 :糖尿病组的 ET、SBp较正常对照组升高 ,而 NO、6 - K- PGF1α降低 ,差异有显著性意义 (P均 <0 .0 5 )。糖尿病组 DBp也略有升高 ,但较对照组差异无显著性意义。提示糖尿病患儿的血管内皮分泌功能紊乱 ,其内皮源性松弛因子减少 ,收缩因子增加 ,从而导致 SBp、DBp升高。The study group included 15 children with IDDM aged from 4 to 14 years old And 15 healthy children selected by paired investigation acted as the control group Plasma ET and 6-k-PGF 1a and serum No levels were assayed,respectively And the blood pressure were measured The levels of NO and 6-k-PGF 1a were evidently lower,while ET and SBp were higher in children with IDDM(all P<0 05),DBp in children with IDDM was a little higher too,but there was no significant difference between the two groups These suggest disorders of endothelial secretional function in children with IDDM Decreasing of endothelium-derived relaxing factors and increasing of endothelium-derived constrictor result in elevating of blood pressure
